Sustainability

Our environmental impact primarily results from mobility and the way we organize our work. In these areas, we aim to operate in a resource-conscious manner.

In practice, this means:

• predominantly remote work to reduce commuting
• digital collaboration and virtual meetings
• conscious travel planning; rail preferred over air travel for domestic trips where feasible
• bicycle leasing for employees (Deutsche Dienstrad)
• limited office space and largely digital processes

We implement measures where they are practical and transparently effective.
